Meet the Team

Grant Peacock

Grant is a hands–on business owner since he purchased the company in 1998. Each day Grant is the first one at the office and can be found behind the scenes, organizing the construction and service crews as well as researching and quoting large jobs. He is a very proud dad having had both of his kids working alongside him throughout the years.

Krista Hildebrand

Krista joined our team in 2001. She works the front line and manages our day-to-day operation. She looks forward to seeing our long-standing clients each spring. Though Krista doesn’t do service calls herself, she has had a pool and a hot tub and can give some good solid advice on anything you need to know. If you have a question she has an answer.

Neil Shule

Neil joined the team as a summer student in 2002 while attending University. In 2005 he became a full-time employee and continues to be there for our customers in every way. He can be found inside helping customers, out on a service call, or out on construction sites lending an extra set of hands. Neil has answers to any questions and our customers rely on him to be honest and helpful.

Colton Peacock

Colton is Grant’s son and has been involved with the company since 2002. He started out working around the shop when there were odd jobs to do. He slowly moved up the ladder and now manages the large construction projects. Colton came on full time when he graduated in 2013. He comes to work every day with our Boss Buddy. While Colton is out with the rest of the construction team Buddy is here at the store/office keeping everyone in line.

Chantelle Peacock

Chantelle is Grant’s daughter. She is now a full time nurse so we don’t get to see her as often as we used to but she’s here when we need her. Chantelle can be found in the store/office or going out cleaning pools when necessary, helping with the social projects/media and day to day operations of the business.
